A farm holiday in Walchsee is a paradise for children and parents alike. Here, boredom doesn’t stand a chance! From archery and canyoning all the way to rafting tours, the brave and adventurous will find plenty of options in the Kaiserwinkl region.
Life on an alpine pasture or a farm of course also requires knowing how to make butter and what to use the many different wild herbs for. In order to put this knowledge into practice, the cooking spoon is even wielded here & there – “pot-peepers“ are welcome here!
Experience “country life” on our Dagnhof in its finest form with the whole family! On our farm, children will playfully learn the value of nature and the environment and, by seeing how to properly handle animals, a trustful and fearless foundation is created. Petting, cleaning and riding the ponies and giving our rabbits plenty of TLC - that's what they love!
On our children’s playground with a playhouse, sandpit, swings and slide our little guests can truly let off steam, while the parents relax at the swimming pond or soak up the sun on the large south-facing balcony of their holiday apartment.
In summer, we will give you the SwimCard for free with your stay. This allows you free admission to Lake Walchsee - valid at the lakeside promenade and eastern shore. There you’ll also find a bathing beach for dogs where you can splash around and swim with your dog without any hassle!
Activities for the whole family can be found at the summer workshop in Kaiserwinkl. From 21 June to 5 September, it’s all about play, fun and action for young and old.
Our guests especially appreciate the option of booking additional double rooms for the big holiday apartments Pyramidenspitze, Rosskaiser, Brennkopf and Lochner Horn for grandma and grandpa. This allows them to enjoy the day’s meals and spend time together in the spacious living areas, while still keeping their private haven.

- For stays of 2 weeks or more we will give you a free horse-drawn carriage tour for the whole family OR for your children up to 10 years pony riding or joining in the Ponyclub (duration 3h).
